Associate Dean (2019 - 2020)
Oversaw curriculum for the college and chaired the Curriculum Committee. Served on Leadership Committee. Oversaw student relations and conduct, faculty relations, committee assignments, professional development, faculty communications, and accreditation. Spearheaded new initiatives while overseeing many aspects of the overall administration of the college.
Director, Community Banking Program (2017 - 2021)
Developed and managed this partnership between MSU and the Montana banking community. The program provides summer internships, an intense "Boot Camp" for trainees, curriculum development targeted at community banking, a nationwide case competition, and prominent guest speakers.

Vice President and Director of Asset/Liability Analytics (1998 - 1999)
Asset/Liability Manager and deputy treasurer of a $20 billion commercial bank. Responsible for oversight and analysis of a $10 billion derivatives portfolio and $3 billion investment portfolio. Managed team of six analysts. Responsible for hedging and funding analysis, interest rate risk simulations, ALCO committee reporting, derivative and investment analysis, and funds transfer pricing.
Manager, Quantitative Analytics (1998)
Managed "middle-office" department focusing on trading desk analysis of complex investments and derivatives. Implemented a state-of-the-art derivatives pricing and simulation model. Implementation included designing data extracts from multiple IT systems and integrating real-time interfaces with external systems such as Intex, Bloomberg, and Telerate, as well as integration of swap curves, interest rate curves, and implied volatilities.
Interest Rate Risk Analytics Officer (1998)
Managed and monitored the bank's interest rate risk position. Ran simulations of net interest income, economic value of equity, duration, and re-pricing gap. Prepared shareholder, board, ALCO, and management reports.

Field Office Analyst (1997 - 1998)
Supervisory Analyst over a team of 17 examiners and 53 banks. Reviewed and approved all examination conclusions and Reports of Examination before issuance to ensure accuracy and regulatory consistency. Performed the duties of the Assistant Deputy Comptroller in his absence. As a member of the OCC Capital Markets program, analyzed capital markets activities of banks throughout the United States. Spoke on Capital Markets topics at various banking conferences. Taught Capital Markets classes to OCC staff.

Examined all areas of national banks for financial soundness and regulatory compliance, both as a field examiner and Examiner-in-Charge. As a capital markets specialist, assessed market risk, price risk, and liquidity risk in banks of all sizes and levels of sophistication.
